Recognizing the urgent need to promote and protect the inherent and constitutional rights of scheduled tribes especially the rights to their lands, territories, resources and employment and Whereas the Scheduled Tribes are facing acute problems of poverty, illiteracy, ill-health, inaccessibility, displacement and alienation.
Whereas the tribal history and heritage require proper recognition, documentation and research and Whereas there has been identity crisis and lack of integration amongst the tribal communities and other communities due to inadequate other communications and other handicaps.
Whereas the tribal youths are looking for proper upbringing guidance, direction, professional training and
education facilities and Whereas it is considered necessary to consolidate the efforts and work of Government as well as non-government organizations and persons engaged in the field of tribal upliftment.
Whereas the tribal women are looking for education specially technical education and professional training.
Whereas it has been felt expedient of constitute a society in view of the aforesaid considerations and Now, therefore, we have formed this society by the name ‘ALL INDIA SHREE MEENA SOCIAL AND EDUCATIONAL COUNCIL, KOTA’ hereinafter the
institute and to register it under the Rajasthan Societies Registration Act, 1958.
