Hostel at a glance: -
There are 20 rooms in hostel. Each room has accommodation for two students. Separate table, chair, bed, fan & cooler, almirah are provided for each student.
In each wing common Let Bath & Washing Room are available. Pure and safe water filtered by Aqua Guard is made available in each wing also. Water is available for 24 hours from tube well in the premises.
Mess: -
In the hostel premises a modern mess and dining hall is prepared, which will be conducted on contract basis. This will be managed by warden of hostel and a committee of students. This committee will control the measurement and quality of food. Mess charges will be paid for every three months up to 7th day of month, failing which a penalty of Rs. 5 /- per day will be charged. Students will not be allowed to bring food from outside. It will be necessary for a student to take 55 diets in each month. Eating food in rooms will be prohibited.
Sanitation & Cleaning: -
Sanitation & Cleaning of hostel building and premises excluding rooms will be arranged on contract basis. Students self will clean their rooms.
Safety Arrangements: -
Management committee of hostel is paying special attention on safety measures for hostel, keeping in mind the safety, rules for living in hostel are kept strict.
For safety of hostel & students, arrangements are made for 24 hours presence of safety guards by making contracts with Security Agencies.
Vehicle Arrangements: -
All the main coaching institutes of Kota are at a distance of 2-3 Kms. from hostel. Time of study in various.
Institutions will be different, so committee has not arranged vehicles for students. But on the demand of students, committee may think to arrange vehicles on contract basis.
