Rules for the admission in hostel: -

1. Ability –

   1. Girls belonging to S.T. studying in any coaching institute of Kota.

   2. Girls belonging to S.T. studying in College.

2. Note –

   1. Admission will be only on merit basis.

   2. In the case where sufficient students are not available in group (a), girls of group (b) be allowed in hostel only on merit basis. Girls studying in Colleges will be admitted only at the time of admissions in College.

   3. In the case where sufficient S.T. students are not available in group (a) & group (b), students of all other casts will be allowed for admission only on merit basis.

3. Rules of Hostel: -

   1. Girls will only be responsible for the safety of goods provided in rooms e.g. fan, tube lights, bed, almirah, table, chair & other items.

   2. In rooms, use of electric heaters, T.V., radio, music systems will be prohibited.

   3. No relative or guardian of girls will be allowed to stay in hostel.

   4. Father, mother, guardian, brother and sister will be allowed to meet students only on Sunday out side the hostel in hostel premises. Other will not be allowed.

   5. Permission to leave the hostel and to go for their native place will be granted only on request by parents or local guardian.

   6. Each girl student has to give full detail & address of her parents & local guardian. So that contacts may be made time to time and necessary information may be given to them about their wards.

   7. Unfair and objectionable material will not be allowed in hostel.

   8. Any student will be allowed for a maximum period of three years only.

   9. Hostel Management Committee may inspect the hostel any time with warden.

   10. Cleaning of rooms will be done by girls.

   11. Permission for night stay out side hostel will be granted only on the request of parents or local guardian.

   12. On the basis of unfair behavior or bad conduct committee may discard the student from hostel immediately on recommendation of warden.

   13. All the students have to maintain the decorum of hostel & premises.
